Current-page memory
Your expiration dates, age answers, notice selections, and other detailed checker answers stay in the current page’s memory. We do not send those details to Google Analytics or put them in browser storage. Refreshing, leaving, or restarting clears them. The state you choose may appear in a guide link and in usage reporting.
Homepage advertisements
We test four DriveMagic advertisement designs on the homepage. A random design assignment is stored in your browser for up to 30 days so returning visits show the same design. If browser storage is unavailable, we show a default design without including it in the measured experiment. We measure visible advertisements and clicks by design. Advertisement links open the DriveMagic homepage and include campaign tags identifying the design. No checker answers are included.
Website usage analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, state-guide use, checker starts and completions, checklist printing, and clicks to official resources or DriveMagic. Reports may include the selected state and where a link appeared. For missing pages, we record a not-found event and a sanitized path: known public route names and common automated probe names remain readable, while unknown path segments are redacted. We exclude unapproved query parameters and URL fragments. We also use Google Ads conversion measurement to count clicks from this guide to DriveMagic after an ad interaction. Google ad-click identifiers and campaign tags help attribute those visits and clicks. Google Analytics uses browser identifiers and cookies to measure visits and engagement, and receives technical information about your browser and device. Detailed checker answers are excluded. We do not use session recording or advertising personalization on this guide. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
The host may also receive ordinary connection data such as IP addresses and requested page paths.
Official links and printing
External sites have their own policies. The print feature uses your browser; you control where a printed or saved copy goes.
